Founded in 2026 - We started Tandem because we believe the best architecture doesn't happen in a vacuum. It happens when we work in sync with our clients, our consultants, and the site itself. We have stripped away rigid hierarchies to create a firm that is flexible, fast, and forward-thinking.
The traditional architectural process can feel like a hand-off. At Tandem, it’s a handshake. We’ve redesigned our workflow to be as agile as the projects we design. We front-load the heavy lifting so you can make informed decisions when they matter most—at the beginning.

Rob has been at the intersection of architecture and technology since 2012. After years of managing some of the nation’s largest corporate accounts in industrial, manufacturing, and office sectors, he co-founded Tandem to redefine the client experience. Rob specializes in transforming complex data into clear, 3D digital models, making sure every decision is informed, every deliverable is high quality, and every project is built in tandem with the client’s goals.
Since 2013 Ryan has worked across multiple states specializing in telecommunication, manufacturing, e-commerce, warehousing, and cold storage design. He approached the industry from a technology standpoint early on, seeing 3D visualization not just as a deliverable, but as a way to bridge the gap between complex engineering and client goals.
Ryan’s multi-disciplinary background allows him to speak the language of every consultant on the job, leading to fewer surprises and faster decisions. As a co-founder of Tandem, he is dedicated to bringing that "big firm" technical capability to a more flexible, partner-led environment where the long-term success of the building is the highest priority.
